In this day and age, with ever improving cameras and even smartphones, why not just shoot our own? Photography is more than pointing a camera and hoping. For example, when working on real estate photography (homes and such) we'll use special camera and special processing techniques. We make sure lines are straight, rooms are lit correctly and colors are accurate. And we work on this for each and every room. We use special white balance techniques and advanced color reproduction for accuracy.


Normally, we use a Dropbox link to deliver the images right to you. We want you to have the images quickly. Plus, depending on the exact job, we'll deliver hi res and lo res images to make sure you have the best quality for the  exact thing you need. We can also use a thumb drive or other methods as needed.


Well, depends on the job. We bring our professional camera equipment, all Nikon, along with whatever lighting equipment is needed. If we need to rent equipment to accomplish what is wanted, we will rent the equipment needed. Or we will work with you to obtain what is needed (such as a cherry-picker to give us an overview of a building.)


It depends on the job, we prefer to get it wrapped and to you within two weeks of the shoot -- but we will work with you on faster if needed -- and we can do rush jobs, but there is usually an extra charge associated with rush work. 


We can deliver those to you. I do cull to remove bad exposure, mistakes, etc., but if you have the ability to handle the images you can do so. We do prefer to process the images fully, to get the best work possible but do understand if you want the out-of-camera images.


Depending on the job, we will license you to use the images however you best see fit and go as far as doing a copyright transfer if that is what is needed. 

Yes, we do want you to be satisfied with our work as long as it is possible to reshoot. 

Absolutely. We want to protect both you and ourselves by stating the terms clearly and cleanly. We want to be sure we are fully coordinated with you before doing the shoot.

Ed is certified photographer per the Professional Photographers of America. Only 2% of photographers have earned that distinction. We are fully insured and are fully licensed business in the state of Illinois. We do pay sales tax and other taxes associated with our business. Our EIN is available upon request.


With a new business we take a 50% deposit at the time of contract signing. The rest is not due until the images are delivered. Upon final payment we electronically issue any licenses or copyright transfers, Repeat customers are billed and have 30 days to pay.
